At BLS Home Decor we believe in great customer service, with that being said our shipping policy is the following. All Order will ship within two business days after receiving order invoice. Meaning an order might ship same day if received before 12 pm (PT) and the item is in stock, or it might ship next day if the order is placed after 12 pm (PT). In some rare cases, it might take us the full two business days to ship an item in which case BLS Home Decor is still fulfilling its promise of shipping within two business days. However, rest assured that we try our best to ship day to fulfill our order and provide the fastest shipping possible. We also like to inform our customers that we are shipping with FedEx, UPS, and USPS for a much faster delivery time.

 

Return Shipping

If we shipped your item, then you can return those items to us within thirty (30) days of the ship date. Item must be returned in original packaging with all items included in the order. Items returned damaged, stained, and not in original packaging will not be accepted. Return shipping must be paid by the customer using USPS Parcel Select. There is a 15% re-stocking fee on returning items which will be applied from case to case.
